I'm Jay Vishaal J, a passionate and experienced full-stack developer with a strong focus on building scalable and reliable web applications. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Anna University, India and have been working in the industry for two years. With a keen interest in Computer Science and its various intriguing branches, I embarked upon a quest to explore every possible realm.
I'm working as a Full Stack Developer at Lynk Logistics Pvt Ltd. I'm responsible for developing and maintaining the company's mobile-based and web-based platform, which handles everything from managing orders and tracking shipments to billing and reporting. I work closely with the product team to understand user requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Quick learning, sustained effort and out-of-the-box thinking have always been my work standards. My belief in them got strongly reinforced by the triumph in Smart India Hackathon 2019, held at LPU, Punjab, where we bagged second place.
In my free time, I love to tinker with new programming languages and experiment with new technologies. I'm always seeking out new challenges and opportunities to grow as a developer.
My Passion towards programming brings me problems to ponder and plot on. I am least concerned with the level of difficulty, as I endeavour to incorporate a clean, innovative, and straightforward methodology to effortlessly resolve issues encountered during the development process. My belief in my talent helps me to remain on track even during critical situations. I believe in relentless learning that thwarts the boundaries of my comfort zone.
This helps me to keep updated on the new libraries, new programming languages and new frameworks. Highly trained in the software development process, I enjoy creating scalable platforms and consumer-facing applications in a systematic & structured way. Code quality and writing clean code is my pet obsession- something that can never be controlled!

I developed various features which involved the adoption of microservices patterns and software design patterns such as Outbox patterns and SOLID design patterns. I have also developed an intelligent map pathfinder using machine learning algorithms to find the optimized path for a driver to complete his logistics, which enabled the company to deliver the goods in n+1 days. I also automated various user flows using Selenium and used the same automation to scrap the data from many web sources to perform analysis. I also worked on a data science project which involved writing a clustering algorithm and studying their performance on altering the algorithms.
